Delete your account

You can delete your PathStamp account and all of its data at any time, either from inside the app or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete in the app

1. Open PathStamp and go to the Home tab.
2. Tap your level badge in the top-right corner to open your profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Delete by email

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email hello@pathstamp.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address your account is registered under. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:

• Your account, email address, and username.
• Your profile, including home country and marketing preferences.
• All check-ins, stamps, self check-ins, badges, XP, and partner challenge progress.
• Our record of your subscription status.

What is not affected

• An active Ranger subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us — cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, ideally before deleting your account.
• Shop email signups made on this website are stored separately from app accounts. To be removed from that list too, mention it in your email or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• We may retain specific records where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
